To ensure everyone receives a brand new experience, we kindly ask that you carefully review our policy before your purchase.
For One of a Kind Custom Units (Not Available on Site)
All one of a kind custom units will require a non refundable deposit which will go towards the balance of your custom unit. For questions, please email us at semonestylez02@gmail.com.
Shipping & Processing
- Processing can take 7-10 business days.
- Shipping can take 7-10 business days after order has been processed.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your provided email address. Please make sure your email address is correct.
- We are not responsible for orders that have been lost, stolen and/or damaged after shipment.
- Please contact the shipping company for inquiries regarding lost, stolen and or damaged packages.
Measurements
- Measurements are necessary to ensure you select the correct size for your unit. Please visit our How To Measure your Wig Size Page for more instruction.
Refunds/Exchanges
Final Sale Policy:
Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We encourage you to thoroughly read the product descriptions and size charts to ensure a perfect fit. Double-checking your order details before checkout can also help avoid any sizing mishaps.
Exchanges for Defective Products:
If you believe you've received a defective wig, we'd be happy to offer an exchange! However, to be eligible, the wig must be:

Exchange Request within 3 business days: Prompt communication helps us address concerns efficiently. Submit an exchange request at semonestylez02@gmail.com.
- Unworn and unaltered: This means the wig must be in its original packaging with all tags and zip ties attached. The hair must not be washed, cut, dyed, bleached, or styled in any way. Lace products specifically cannot be cut or tinted.
Exchange Process:

Contact Us: Reach out to our friendly team at semonestylez02@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Return the Original Item: Please ship the unworn wig back to us. You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the package is tracked. Include your full name and order number on the package for smooth processing.
- New Wig Shipment: Once we receive the original wig in its unused condition, we'll send out your replacement. You will receive tracking for your new unit.
Important:
- Exchanges are for items with the same value or less. We cannot refunds for exchanges.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
- To maintain a positive shopping experience for all customers, disputes submitted without first contacting Semone Stylez will result in the forfeit of exchange rights and future purchases.
